Casbega (Castellana de Bebidas Gaseosas S.A), http://www.casbega.com/was established in 1952 in Madrid, Spain. Casbega is one of the first plants in Europe to produce soft drinks. The company manufactures and distributes registered trade name drinks by The Coca-Cola Company.
The factory is located in the industrial complex of Casbega in Fuenlabrada (Madrid). The plant is one of the major plants within the Coca-Cola Co. group producing various types of products. Further, the plant is considered one of the flagship plants thanks to its innovation, material technologies and environmental considerations.
Carrefour-SA Shopping Center, Istanbul, Turkey
The Carrefour company is Europe's leading retailer and the second largest in the world today. The company is present in 29 countries and has 400,000 employees. Carrefour started operations in Turkey in 1993 and today the chain includes 13 hypermarkets and 86 supermarkets nation-wide.
In January 2005, the Maltepe hypermarket, situated on the Asian bank of the Bosporus opened for business. A new SCADA-based control system was installed in this hypermarket to provide reliable monitoring and control of the entire shopping center facilities. The Turkish company MAS Otomasyon was responsible for designing, programming and installing the control and the SCADA System.
Oranim Angel Bakery
The Oranim bakery, a member of the Angel Bakeries group since 2001, produces and markets bakery products mainly in the north of Israel and specializes in organic bread and rye breads. The bakery's main line of products is the "Angel Organic" range. This line of organic breads is free from chemicals in all phases of wheat cultivation, storage, milling and breaking. There is no use of pesticides during cultivation and storage of the wheat and no preservatives during milling and baking are used. Currently, the bakery runs 9 production lines producing specialty breads, rolls, pita breads and many other bakery products.
